She graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a BBA in marketing. After a few years of work, she became a stay-at-home mom and then homeschooled all three boys.

Lea Anne enjoys baking bread, so much, that she started her own company, Willow Basket Bread Company (check out the Facebook page). She also enjoys photography.

John “Johnboy” Richards

John, known by many as Johnboy, has over 18 years of experience in the manufactured home industry. He started out in the construction side where he also provided service to the customer after they purchased their home. He always says, “Service after the sale is the most important thing.”  In 2008, he began working in sales and then quickly moved up to management and finance. We are so glad that John became a part of Fairfield Homes and Land in 2016. You will feel confident purchasing a new home for your family with John as your housing consultant. He will help you find a home that will fit your needs.

John is Kentucky born, but Texan by choice. He has lived in this area for 30 years, and loves to see the community grow.  John’s lovely wife Pamela, children Dana, Donna , Clinton, and 5 grandchildren are a big part of his life. We are also proud to say John is a U.S. Army veteran, and you can see that in his work ethic.
